Bruce Tokwe is the Founding Partner of BTC Law and is not only a Legal Practitioner but also a Conveyancer and Notary Public. Himself being an astute businessman with vast interests in petroleum and timber, he is an asset to the firm's clients on business related law and practice in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, demergers, liquidation and insolvency, foreign investments, recapitalisation, banking and financial services, international finance and securities registration. He also has a hands-on practical and unique understanding of corporate restructuring and structured finance encompassing but not limited to areas such as derivatives and securitized and collateralized debt, syndicated loans and collateralised mortgage bonds over and above his in depth knowledge of Taxation and all its facets having written a thesis on income and capital gains tax in Zimbabwe himself. He has successfully dealt with the local revenue authority, ZIMRA in several cases.

Farayi Zuva is the managing partner of the firm. He specialises in Real Estate Law, Conveyancing and general commercial law. He has represented and continues to represent some of the biggest corporates which are into real estate investments, construction, banking, energy and telecommunications and to that end, has provided legal opinions that have positively impacted on the businesses of these companies because of his meticulous research methods and up to date understanding of the business environment. He also has vast experience in debt collection and debt restructuring which is fortified by more than ten years' experience in litigation which experience extends from the Magistrates Court, High Court right up to the Supreme Court and has been credited with expeditiously assisting various clients with resolving disputes owing to his exceptional Arbitration abilities. Mr. Zuva manages the conveyancing portfolio of the firm whose work includes registration and transfer of properties, mortgage bonds, notarial deeds of trust and the calculation of the dreaded Capital Gains Tax.

Santana T.D Tokwe is a highly motivated, versatile, articulate and enthusiastic recent first-degree graduate, who is on her way to obtaining a masters degree in Medical Law, climate and Energy Law. With a diverse and International perspective Miss. Tokwe provides a wide variety of solutions ranging from International Trade Law matters to Commercial law with a unique International quality. Miss Tokwe’s dossier includes Competition law, Property law, Corporate Litigation among others. She also carries out legal research and drafts all types of legal documents and opinions.
She has a strong passion in humanitarian law and work and has traveled to other countries and cities during her studies in order to work with different non-governmental organizations in which she further obtained a certificate in counseling.

Hope has extensive court room experience, both in Zimbabwe and Namibia where he has not only presided as a magistrate but as also letigated as a lawyer in both Jurisdictions. In his last assignment in Namibia he headed the North Western Division of the Directorate of legal aid. He is adept in Criminal, Civil and Labour Law and is passion about Human Right Law and Corporate Governance Issues. He holds and LLB(Hons) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and since 2005 is an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe. In addition, he is a registered notary public and convieyancer. On account of his experience Hope bring in a wealth of experience, in general litigation of advise.
